Business Communications Review, September, 2001
The CLEC industry may be down, but it's not out. In fact, small-medium business (SMB) users report strong satisfaction with their CLECs. That's the conclusion of the Yankee Group, which found three-quarters of SMB customers who'd chosen CLECs were more satisfied with their new provider than their previous one.
Furthermore, SMB customers were more satisfied with CLEC pricing than with the ILECs'. The findings are contained in "Communications Services Survey 2001 ." Are You Satisfied With Pricing? From CLEC 70% From ILEC 54% Note: Table made from bar graph
