Morale is low in many IT departments, report says.(Manager's Notebook)(Brief Article)

Almost three-quarters of companies reported in a recent survey that low IT employee morale is a serious issue in their organizations. The survey of more than 650 companies was conducted by the market research house Meta Group, which stated that the problem could lead to longer-range turnover and lower productivity.
