Klein, Amy Forward 09-01-2000 Kosher Cooking Comes to Macy's Kosher cuisine is up there on the menu with French, Asian, Italian and Southern cooking at De Gustibus, the cooking school at Macy's flagship store in New York City. In its fall lineup, De Gustibus offers a two-part kosher cooking series, "Great Kosher Food," on September 19 and September 26. The owner and executive chef of Abigail's, Jeffrey Nathan, will demonstrate new fall and winter meals and desserts.
