Klein, Amy Forward 09-01-2000 Kosher Cooking Comes to Macy's Kosher cuisine is up there on the menu with French, Asian, Italian and Southern cooking at De Gustibus, the cooking school at Macy's flagship store in New York City. In its fall lineup, De Gustibus offers a two-part kosher cooking series, "Great Kosher Food," on September 19 and September 26. The owner and executive chef of Abigail's, Jeffrey Nathan, will demonstrate new fall and winter meals and desserts.
Mr. Nathan, the host and chef of the PBS television program "New Jewish Cuisine," last March presented a class at De Gustibus on American fare with global influences. The co-owner of The Second Avenue Deli, Sharon Lebewohl, will prepare a dinner party menu featuring great chefs' recipes that...
