Jayne Fawcett, ambassador of the Mohegan Tribe and vice president of the United South and Eastern Tribes, and David Mullon Jr., associate general counsel with the Cherokee Nation, will be among those who advise the Commissioner of Tax Exempt and Government Entities regarding the IRS's dealings with tax exempt organizations and state, local and tribal governments.
