Michigan Chronicle 08-15-2000 KIIDS receives grant from Metro Health Foundation The KIDS Immunization Initiative Detroit/Southeast Michigan (KIIDS) Community Outreach Project has received a grant of $17,971 from the Metro Health Foundation. KIIDS goal is achievement of a 90-percent immunization rate for three-year-old children in southeastern Michigan by year 2005. KIIDS Outreach focuses on developing strategies through a commumity-based coalition to provide immunizations for at-risk children.
