Congressional Black Caucus names first president

Rougeau, a seasoned executive with more than three decades of experience in law, business, government, civil rights, and academia, has been named president of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. (CBCF), a non-partisan, non-profit organization focused on research, leadership, educaton, housing, economic development and public policy in the U.S.
