Keating, Patrick Michigan Chronicle 11-25-2003 The renovation of retail parcels in the area of Greenfield Road and Grand River Avenue will bring an influx of retail business to the city's northwest side. At least that is what Bill Watch hopes to see happen. Watch is president of First Commercial Realty and Development Co.
