Crain's Detroit Business honors Minority Business All-Stars

Michigan Chronicle 05-18-2004 Approximately 160 people gathered April 21 at the Wayne State University Welcome Center to honor Crain's Detroit Business's Minority All-Stars. Crain's featured 15 successful minority businesspeople in its March 29 issue, which also included interviews with other leading minority entrepreneurs who had previously been honored by or featured in Crain's. The 15 honorees were introduced during the formal program by Wayne State business students Jason Banks, Sarah Leija, Kevin Brown, Emma Rose Simpson and La'Mont Muhammad. "We were so pleased that the students participated," said Associate Publisher Mary Kramer.
