Stewart Ain The Jewish Week 04-14-1995 `This Brings It Much Closer To Home': West Orange, N.J.'s Alisa Flatow, a. victim of the terror in Gaza, was recalled by schoolmates as full of life and committed to Israel. Alisa Flatow had planned to spend the first part of her Passover vacation in Jordan, but the friend she planned to go with backed out at the last minute. So instead, the Brandeis University junior from West Orange, N.J., and two of her roommates -- Chavie Levine of Englewood, N.J., and Kesari Ruza of Los Angeles -- decided to spend a quiet three days at a Jewish resort in the Gaza Strip.
