"I said to myself, `I have to be a rabbi and I have to make it work,'" she recalls.

"Then the lights went on and the guy from Aish Hatorah who was courting me to become frum asked me what I thought. I told him I wanted to be a rabbi and he said, `Why don't you be a rebbetzin?'"
