San Diego, Calif.-- Gafcon Inc., a San Diego-based construction management and consulting firm, has completed construction management for Allegro Towers, a 28-story apartment and commercial office building, located at 1455 Kettner Blvd. in the Little Italy area of San Diego. Allegro Towers, LP is the owner and developer of the $46.7-million, 240,000-square-foot building. Leo Frey, vice president of Allegro Towers, LP, provided project oversight.
Located just blocks from the San Diego Bay on a 30,000-square-foot lot, the building encompasses a 28-story tower with two surrounding eight-story and 12-story towers.
