Staff San Diego, Calif.-- Gafcon, Inc., a San Diego-based project and construction management firm, has been retained by the Orange County Great Park Corporation to provide design management for the proposed Great Park Master Plan, which includes a 1,347-acre urban park to be developed within the former 4,700-acre El Toro Marine Air Station located in central Orange County, Calif.
Gafcon is responsible for directing and coordinating all aspects of the project's design, budget, timeline, and quality assurance. Gafcon has formed a joint venture partnership with the internationally recognized lead architect, Ken Smith, for this project.
