Pantera-XV SMD placement machine is for prototyping and midsized production runs. Handles 0201s to 50 x 50 mm QFPs, to pitches of 0.4 mm. Offers up to 108 feeder slots in a footprint less than 1 sq. m. Automatically recognizes intelligent tape and stick feeders. Tape feeders are motorized and transport speed is programmable. Places 0201 chips at rates up to 4500 cph. Magnetic linear measuring system resolution is 1 [micro]m.
