Staff The N.C. Department of Labor is sponsoring a regional meeting with construction industry employers and employees in Salisbury on May 10, 2005, at the Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. A Hispanic Forum will be held on May 11. State and industry experts at the forums will identify trends in the construction industry that are most likely to represent lethal dangers.
The labor department has intensified its efforts to provide free consultative services and free training to employers and employees to help fight workplace fatalities.
