Staff Bloomington, Ind.-- Weddle Bros. Building Group is proceeding with work on a 113,000-square-foot addition and renovation project for the future home of a new packaging plant for Baxter Pharmaceutical Solutions. The facility is located at 555 Daniels Way in the Park 48 development on Bloomington's west side.
The building, previously home to an office building for Columbia House, is owned by Texas-based Koll Development Co. LLC. Construction is valued at $3.1 million and is slated for completion in October. Odle McGuire & Shook Corp., Indianapolis, is the architect for the project that entails renovation of 83,000 square feet of office space into light industrial/medical manufacturing space, including several cold rooms.
