Staff The Illinois Association of Aggregate Producers conducts 37th annual event in Springfield The Illinois Association of Aggregate Producers (IAAP) conducted its 37th annual convention in Springfield. The May 12 event, held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, included informative meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and was capped by gala evening reception.
