St. Louis-- Alberici Healthcare Constructors has been chosen to provide construction management services for a $215-million, state-of-the-art replacement hospital for SSM Health Care-St. Louis. The facility will be built on a 54-acre tract of land at Bowles Avenue and Missouri Highway 141 in southwest St. Louis County, and will replace SSM St. Joseph's Hospital in Kirkwood, Mo.
Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2006. The 158-bed health care campus is scheduled for completion in late 2008.
