CIMA, EMI Support One-Call Program.(Construction Industry Manufacturers Assoc and Equipment Manufacturers Institute's safety tips on construction digs)(Brief Article)

The Construction Industry Manufacturers Association (CIMA) and Equipment Manufacturers Institute (EMI) are promoting the use of a new national "One Call" number and "Call Before You Dig" decal and safety program. The new national phone number, 1-888-258-0808, is the designated universal version of the local One Call centers.
It provides a single toll-free number to obtain the local One Call number. The goal of the new "Call Before You Dig" decal with the new One Call number is to provide a universally recognized safety decal to remind contractors to call before they dig.
