Staff Employee development is vital to American Infrastructure's continual and successful growth, according to FMI's recent U.S. Construction Industry Training Report Bob Herbein, vice president of Human Resources, stated that the company's development efforts are designed to create an organization that achieves the absolute maximum results from its resources, provide a safe and challenging work environment for its employees, and develop employees who will grow with the company.
