Capital idea for First Look.(Capital Entertainment Group merges with First Look Media)

After calling off its planned merger with ContentFilm a year ago this week, First Look Media has pacted to merge with Henry Winterstern's burgeoning indie banner Capital Entertainment. The two entities will be combined to create First Look Studios, with Winterstern as CEO and co-chairman.
