M2 PRESSWIRE-9 June 1998-KCBT: KCBT to list additional contract months in Western Natural Gas (C)1994-98 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD RDATE:080698 Kansas City-June 8, 1998-In an effort to better accommodate industry needs, the Kansas City Board of Trade is increasing the number of Western Natural Gas contract months it lists for trade.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today approved a rule change increasing the maximum number of KCBT Western Natural Gas contract months that can be listed for trade from 18 to 36 consecutive calendar months. The additional months will be listed for trade beginning Wednesday, June 10.
