The project will test a capacity-building program designed to contribute to the transformation of donor-financed development projects Credit Rural, Credit Mutuel, and Projet Rural Integre pour le Developpement des Entreprises (PRIDE) into sustainable financial institutions appropriately regulated by the Central Bank of Guinea.
