Three agencies presented their ideas in a pitch arranged by COI for HM Treasury: AMV.BBDO, Euro RSCG Wnek Gosper and TBWA GGT Simons Palmer. Alternative creative routes from TBWA were put into research prior to ministerial agreement. The campaign launches on TV in September and is supported by a mailing to 1.6 million UK small and medium sized businesses.
