M2 PRESSWIRE-2 September 1998-DELTA AIR LINES: Delta outlines Air Canada ticket acceptance procedures (C)1994-98 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD RDATE:010998 Delta Air Lines today outlined the procedures Delta, Delta Express and the Delta Connection carriers will observe in the acceptance of Air Canada's tickets in the event of an Air Canada work stoppage.

These special procedures apply for passengers traveling on or after September 1, 1998. All revenue tickets issued on or before August 31 for travel on Air Canada flights will be accepted for transportation on Delta and the Delta Connection carriers without penalty or administrative service charges if the origin and destination remain unchanged.
