Department of Energy and the Nuclear Society of Russia. This is the fourth year of this exchange program. John Koser, a junior mechanical engineering major from Fort Pierce, Fla. and the three other students will depart the U.S. on Sept. 9 for Moscow, Obninsk, and Uliasnovsk and return to the U.S. on Sept. 21.
