Reporting to the HA's Quality Services Traffic, Safety and Environmental Division, Atkins will collect, monitor and analyse traffic data drawn from over 300 sites throughout the region. The three year commission will also involve maintenance of a traffic database and provision of information to bodies other than the HA, including the six maintenance and improvement agency consultants who operate within the area.
