The ultra-high speed elevators are part of a comprehensive package of 63 elevators and 34 escalators that Toshiba and its Taiwan distributor, GFC LTD., will supply to the Taipei Financial Centre, a new tower complex in the heart of Taiwan's capital, scheduled for completion 2002.
