Paul Steven Miller, of Los Angeles, California, has served on the Commission since October, 1994. During his tenure, he has co-chaired a successful task force to develop an alternative dispute resolution program for the EEOC and chaired a Commission-wide task force, which evaluated and proposed changes to the agency's litigation program to enhance its effectiveness.
