Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Risk Management Agency (RMA) for expanding its Dairy Options Pilot Program (DOPP) to enable dairy farmers from an additional 61 counties in 25 states to manage the downside price risk related to their milk production. In Round II of the program announced by Secretary Glickman, milk producers from a total of 98 counties in 31 states will be able to participate in the program.
