M2 PRESSWIRE-15 September 1999-AUSTRALIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION: Independent Complaints Review Panel finding released (C)1994-99 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD RDATE:150999 The Independent Complaints Review Panel (ICRP) has finalised its review of complaints by the Sporting Shooters Association of Australia (Victoria) and Mr Terry Cole of Edithvale about a program segment on ABC radio 3LO Melbourne on 20 March 1999.

The Panel did not uphold the complaints. Both complaints concerned the same program segment -- a regular Saturday morning segment in which the Victorian President of the RSPCA, the veterinarian Dr Hugh Wirth, provides advice and takes talkback calls about animal issues.
