M2 PRESSWIRE-10 September 1999-ADMINISTRATION ON AGING: Nebraska's older storm victims to receive federal Administration on Aging disaster recovery assistance (C)1994-99 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD RDATE:090999 Jeanette C. Takamura, Assistant Secretary for Aging in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and head of the Administration on Aging (AoA) today released $20,000 in disaster relief to assist older Nebraskan's and their families recover from the recent floods and severe storms.

Disaster relief funds, provided by the AoA through the Older Americans Act will be administered through the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services Division of Aging Services working with officials from local affected counties and area agencies on aging. Support...
