Joseph Curran, Jr. announced today his opposition to the proposed settlement of a class action lawsuit against Publishers Clearing House ("PCH").
Curran and the Attorneys General of 20 states filed comments with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, alleging that the settlement fails to adequately compensate consumers who were deceived by sweepstakes mailings and makes it difficult, if not impossible, for consumers to seek relief.
