M2 PRESSWIRE-23 December 1999-UNISOURCE: Unisource sells D Plus to MobilCom (C)1994-99 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD RDATE:231299 Hoofddorp, Netherlands -- Unisource NV today announced the signing of an agreement with MobilCom AG, in which MobilCom acquires 100 of the shares in the German subsidiary and mobile service provider D Plus.
The total value of the transaction is approximately NLG 620 million (Euro 281 million).
