The change will be effective as of Thursday, December 9, 1999. Xoom.com is no longer trading as a result of the creation of NBC Internet (Nasdaq: NBCI) which was formed as a result of the combination of Snap.com, Xoom.com and certain Internet properties of NBC Television.
