First, on April 1, 2000, published scale and clerical employees will receive a 3 percent increase in base pay, and supervisory and administrative employees below the level of director will be eligible for a merit program in which salary increases will be determined by performance appraisals. Second, Delta will offer an early retirement medical option in which employees age 50 or more with at least 25 years...
