M2 PRESSWIRE-16 February 2000-LONMIN: Lommin agrees sale of coal operation (C)1994-2000 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD RDATE:14022000 Loninin Plc ("Loninin") announced today that it has signed a conditional agreement with Glencore International AG ("Glencore") for the sale of Lonmin's coal activities for a total of R1,325 million.
