First, on the terrible flooding in Mozambique, in South Africa, we estimate that the flooding in Mozambique has affected more than 500,000 people and that 105,000 are still in need of immediate rescue.

We have a team, a so-called HAST team, which is a Human (sic) [Humanitarian] Assistance Survey Team, in Mozambique, in South Africa. It's been there since February 21st, moving back and forth between Mozambique and South Africa. And they have reported to us the needs for some materials, so we have two planes scheduled to arrive tomorrow,...
