The Government of Canada is contributing $15 million to the World Bank's Prototype Carbon Fund (PCF). This contribution was first announced in Budget 2000 in February and was highlighted again today by Environment Minister David Anderson during his opening remarks at a panel discussion on international climate change negotiations at GLOBE 2000....
