This is according to figures released today by Scottish Enterprise from their new E-business Benchmarking Study and compares to the UK figure of 27.
This leads all other benchmarked countries. The studies undertaken by both Scottish Enterprise and the DTI also highlight the limited use of more complex e-commerce applications.
