Carlton Courter III, has named five new citizen members and an additional agency member to represent Virginians on the Consumer Affairs Advisory Committee (CAAC) starting in 2002.
Citizens appointed include Darryl Edwards, Jeffrey M. Fitch, Angela M. Neilan, Ruth Nelson and Debra Prall. The CAAC was established in May 1997 to communicate the views and interests of Virginians on issues related to the consumer education and fraud prevention programs of the Department's Office of Consumer Affairs.
