Carlton Courter III, has named five new citizen members and an additional agency member to represent Virginians on the Consumer Affairs Advisory Committee (CAAC) starting in 2002.

Citizens appointed include Darryl Edwards, Jeffrey M. Fitch, Angela M. Neilan, Ruth Nelson and Debra Prall.
