Lladro Comercial entered into written agreements with 155 UK retailers which had the aim of preventing them from selling figurines produced by the company at a discount. The agreements infringed Chapter I of the Competition Act 1998. Lladro Comercial and the retailers concerned have been required to remove the offending clauses from their agreements and to refrain from any conduct having the same aim or effect. NOTES 1.
