M2 PRESSWIRE-14 July 2003-UK Government: Contract signed for new leadership college -- Johnson(C)1994-2003 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD RDATE:07142003 The contract for a state-of-the-art leadership college for the learning and skills sector has today been signed on behalf of Alan Johnson, the Minister for Lifelong Learning, Further and Higher Education.

The new college will be called the Centre for Excellence in Leadership and will be delivered by a consortium led by Lancaster University Management School and the Learning and Skills Development Agency and supported by Ashridge and the Open University.
