The DuPont site in Asturias, Spain, recently received the Eco Management & Audit Scheme (EMAS) registration extended by Lloyds Register.

EMAS is a site-based registration system that audits site activities related to various environmental processes. The Asturias environmental network led the efforts back in 2001 when their DuPont Nomex facility and common areas received ISO14001 certification.
