(Nasdaq: OBIE), whereby Lamar would acquire Obie in a stock-for-stock transaction. As per the terms of the merger agreement, Lamar would acquire all the outstanding shares of Obie Media Corp for approximately $43 million, or at $7.00 per share, at a premium of 46.
