(NYSE:JWa) (NYSE:JWb), announced today that it has filed 10 lawsuits against individuals engaged in the unlawful sale of Wiley's copyrighted products on the eBay auction site.
The lawsuits allege that the defendants engaged in the illegal sale of pirated electronic copies of books otherwise available in retail markets as well as pirated electronic copies of instructor solutions manuals, which Wiley distributes, at no charge, solely to professors.
