M2 PRESSWIRE-18 January 2006-WORLD BANK: Bhutan: World Bank supports sustainable land management(C)1994-2006 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD RDATE:17012006 WASHINGTON - The World Bank's Board of Directors today approved a US$7.66 million grant from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) to strengthen institutional and community capacity for anticipating and managing land degradation in Bhutan.
