M2 PRESSWIRE-9 March 2006-ACCC: ACCC re-authorises collective administration of music performing rights by APRA(C)1994-2006 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD RDATE:09032006 Arrangements under which the Australasian Performing Right Association administers and licences performing rights in musical works in Australia have been re-authorised by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, ACCC Chairman, Mr Graeme Samuel, said today.
