PowerTel Limited has notified the ACCC of an access dispute with Hutchison 3G Australia Pty Ltd.

This access dispute relates to the price paid by PowerTel for the Domestic Mobile Terminating Access Service* supplied by H3GA. The ACCC has commenced the arbitration process for this access dispute.
