The ACCC filed proceedings for contempt in October 2005 which alleged that Dynacast had not complied with court orders made by Justice Finn in the ACCC's case against Dynacast (then known as Phoneflasher.com Pty Ltd), Mr Alan Jorgensen and Ms Jimeale Jorgensen.
