(LBE - TSX Venture), is pleased to provide an update on progress at the Redstone and McWatters Mines, the Redstone Mill and on the exploration of its Shaw Dome nickel and McAra Lake cobalt properties.

As announced in the May 4, 2007 press release, deep drilling at the Redstone Mine was very successful. Intersections of 4.65m grading 3.62 nickel ("Ni") and 8.50m of 2.40 Ni were found at the 1064m and 789m levels from surface, respectively.
